All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment and before session commencement. A 5% transaction charge will be deducted from any approved refund. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, session materials, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Chatter Essentials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with coaches and fellow participants. Chatter Essentials reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to others.
Chatter Essentials provides coaching and communication skill development. Results may vary between participants. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or measurable business results as a direct result of our programmes.
To the extent permitted by law, Chatter Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
