You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making your payment. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us immediately at chatteressentials@gmail.com or +91 9150861907 with your payment details and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of payment will not be eligible for a refund under any standard circumstances.
Once your programme or session has commenced, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the number of sessions attended or remaining.
We strongly encourage you to review the programme details thoroughly before enrolling and to raise any concerns with us prior to the start of your first session.
Refunds are applicable only for cancellation requests made within the 24-hour window and before session commencement. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that a 5% transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway processing fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Example: If you paid ₹10,000 and are eligible for a refund, ₹500 (5%) will be deducted as transaction charges and ₹9,500 will be refunded.
In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances — such as a serious medical emergency, bereavement, or force majeure events — that prevent participation entirely, Chatter Essentials may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund request even outside the standard cancellation window.
Such requests must be submitted in writing to chatteressentials@gmail.com along with relevant supporting documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually and our decision will be final.
If approved, a 5% transaction charge will still be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If you have been charged more than once for the same enrolment due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at chatteressentials@gmail.com with your payment details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.
